With expertise from five-star luxury properties-such as, the Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, Radisson, Sheraton and the world-famous Bukhara restaurant, Chef Rawat became a maestro of North Indian-style cooking. His passion and talent brought him to the United States, where he delighted diners as Executive Chef at Saffron in Morrisville, North Carolina, a restaurant recognized as one of the top 25 in the Triangle area by News & Observer food critics five times in a row.
